Moisés Caicedo is heading to London to join Chelsea FC breaking another premier league transfer fee record. Brighton & Hove Albion FC released Caicedo for £115m and a sell-on clause. Caicedo has made an 8 + 1-year contract with Chelsea. This defending midfielder from Brighton is replacing N'Golo Kante, a Chelsea legend, who left the team at the end of the previous season. This is Caicedo's 4th year as a professional football player. Therefore, fans are concerned about the overpayment of £115m that Chelsea has paid to bring him from Brighton.
