On October 5, a video spread online showing a scary moment in Seoul’s Gangnam area. A man was attacking a taxi driver on the street. Several people tried to stop him, but one young man stood out.
That person was Sun Hengyu, a Chinese trainee who dreams of becoming a K-pop star. In the video, he quickly stepped in and used a move called a “chokehold” to stop the attacker. Thanks to him, the situation didn’t get worse.
Later, Sun Hengyu posted on social media, saying, “I’m okay. Nothing serious happened. Don’t worry.” Fans praised him for being brave and calm.
Sun Hengyu is known for joining shows like Boys Planet 2 and being part of groups like Blanky and DV.OL. Even though he didn’t win, he said he still has hope and will keep working hard.
After the video went viral, many people online supported him and said he was a hero.
